1. Delivery Methods & Click and Collect
Because our doughnuts are baked fresh daily, we rely on fast, premium delivery networks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We currently offer:
Next-Day Nationwide Delivery:
Available across the UK Mainland. Orders are dispatched via our trusted next-day courier network to ensure maximum freshness.
Local Click & Collect:
Skip the delivery fee! You can order online and collect your doughnuts directly from our bakery in St Donats during our standard opening hours.
2. Order Cut-Offs & Cancellation Times
To guarantee your treats arrive fresh, all orders must be placed by 2:00 PM for next-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2 PM will automatically roll over to the following baking schedule. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Cancellations: Because our dough is slow-proved and prepared the night before baking, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or amend an order. Once an order has entered the baking process, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Delivery Costs
Standard Next-Day UK Mainland Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.95. However, if you are treating the whole office or stocking up for a party, we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £40! Click and Collect from our bakery is always free.
4. Freshness Guarantee & Packaging
Doughnuts are fragile, which is why we don't take risks with our packaging. Every order is packed securely into custom-designed, food-safe bakery boxes to prevent movement during transit.
Your doughnuts are baked in the early hours of the morning on the exact same day they are dispatched. While they are safe to travel, we highly recommend enjoying your doughnuts on the day of arrival for the absolute best taste and texture experience!
